OVSD Announces 2019 Classified School Employees of the Year
The Ocean View School District proudly announces its 2019 Classified School Employees of the Year. In four categories from across all schools in OVSD, these four outstanding individuals were nominated by their peers, and then selected by committee to represent the “best of the best” among Ocean View’s more than 500 classified employees. District officials, Personnel Commissioners, staff, and family members surprised the recipients at their work sites today.
“These classified employees truly embody what it means to be a part of the Ocean View family,” said Dr. Carol Hansen, Superintendent of the Ocean View School District. “They have served hundreds, if not thousands, of our students during their careers, and they continue to put students’ needs first and build positive relationships each and every day.”
