Learning Continuity Plan (LCP)
The Board of Trustees approved the Learning Continuity Plan (LCP) which replaces the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) for the 2020–21 school year at the September 22 Special Board Meeting. A public hearing was previously held on September 15, 2020.
The Learning Continuity Plan memorializes the ongoing planning process for the 2020-2021 school year, incorporates contents aligned with previously presented District Reopening and Protection Plans, and includes descriptions of the following:
- Addressing gaps in learning
- Conducting meaningful stakeholder engagement
- Maintaining transparency
- Addressing the needs of unduplicated pupils, students with unique needs, and students experiencing homelessness
- Providing access to necessary devised and connectivity for distance learning
- Providing resources and supports to address student and staff mental health and social emotional well-being
- Continuing to provide school meals for students
