Hello and Welcome! Here's a little background on the teacher:

I have been teaching at Spring View for 18 years and even attended school here from Kindergarten to 8th grade (yes, it was a K-8 school back then). I have 3 kids (one is a freshman at Marina, one a 7th grader here at Spring View, and one is a third grader at Circle View). This year I'm teaching 6th Grade and 7th Grade Language Arts and 7th Grade Honors Language Arts. I was an English Teaching Major at BYU and got my Master's Degree in Education with an emphasis in Children's Literature. With three kids and a full time job I don't have much free time, but when I do I love to cook, travel, read, and hang out with my family. I'm obsessed with Diet Coke, crafts, and crime shows, and love being a teacher! I'm excited to get to know your kids this year and if you have any questions, feel free to email me any time!
