I have taught a First Grade at Oak View since 2002 and previously at another school for a little over 2 years.  I love teaching reading and math to my students.  These two subjects make me very happy during the day and I love to see the growth these kids make throughout the school year.  Oak View is a special place and I love teaching here every day.  During the year, I also like to expose my first graders to art using different mediums.  We have fun painting, drawing, and cutting.  

When I am not at school, I love watching my twins play sports and my family enjoys our beach days.  Ok- Maybe not my husband but, he comes along. My son plays baseball almost every weekend and my daughter plays soccer.  My days are busy and I'm usually at a baseball or soccer field after school or on the weekends.  This is going to be an exciting year for all of us!
