Do I need to have an itemized receipt when purchasing food? Yes, you will not be able to get reimbursed for that mail without it.

When traveling to conferences or meeting, where do I calculate my mileage from? You will need to calculate the mileage from your assigned school site.

Who determines the maximum meal rate when traveling for a conference? The Federal Government sets these rates and guideline of travel expenses.
