Spring View Middle School Consolidation

Following the difficult decision made during the November 14, 2023, Board of Trustees' Meeting to consolidate Spring View Middle School, to maintain transparency, the District has created this page to provide valuable information regarding the forthcoming changes that will impact our educational landscape for the 2024-25 school year.  The District understands the sensitivity of this matter and is approaching the process with empathy, recognizing the potential impact on students, families, and the community.

 

Initiating the process, we have scheduled a series of meetings for the elementary schools impacted by the consolidation to explore possible middle school boundary changes. Beginning in December, and over the next few months, these meetings will serve as a forum for the District to communicate important details about the consolidation, boundary changes, address any questions or concerns, and collect valuable input from the Spring View Community.

 

We look forward to working collaboratively with the Spring View Community as we navigate these changes together and ensure the consolidation of Spring View Middle School enhances the educational experience for all our middle school students. The District remains committed to sharing additional information throughout the process, including but not limited to, boundary, transportation, transfer options, and a timeline of what to expect.
