Norm Westwell

Mr. Norm Westwell is serving his fourth term as a Governing  Board Member of the OVSD Board of Education. In 2007, he was elected by the OVSD Board to serve as its Clerk, and in 2009, he was elected by the OVSD Board to serve as its President. Governing Board Member Westwell served as a commissioner on the Huntington Beach Community Services Commission from 2012 to 2016.

He is a retired businessman, husband, father, and community servant. As a father, Trustee Westwell raised two children who attended our OVSD schools. He now devotes his retirement to the betterment of our community. Norm Westwell remains deeply committed to providing the highest quality education possible for all children.

His term expires in December 2024.
