Fall registration for Kids' Club and FLY will open to Returning Families on May 13th, and to all other families on May 15th. Registration forms must be completed and brought with the Registration Fee to the District's Child Care Office located at 17200 Pinehurst Lane, Building E, in Huntington Beach.
The Registration Packet (6 pages) includes:
- Registration Form
- Registration Contract
- Emergency Information
- Parent Request for Student Field Trip and Authorization for Emergency Medical Care
- Homework / Movie / Photo Release
- OVSD Over the Counter Products Authorization Form
A Registration Fee is required with the application in order to be processed. Forms of payment accepted are Check, Cash, and Money Order. Credit Card Payments are available only to Returning Families.
