Bio for Mr. Keith Farrow

Keith Farrow, Assistant Superintendent, Administrative Services.  Mr. Farrow was appointed Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services, also known as the Chief Business Official (CBO), effective July 2021.  In 2022-23, Mr. Farrow completed the CBO Induction Program through the Fiscal Crisis and Management Assistance Team (FCMAT).  Immediately prior thereto, he served as the Fiscal Director for the Ocean View School District.  Mr. Farrow’s previous experience also includes serving in every capacity of the Fiscal Services Department in Public School Accounting for more than a decade.  Mr. Farrow received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Phoenix.
