Harbour View Elementary offers all students a rigorous academic program that encompasses Transitional Kindergarten through fifth grade. Our young Pelicans
are character-filled scholars who participate in a well-rounded instructional program designed to meet their individual needs. We are proud to have high standards for our students, staff and families.
Harbour View is also the home of the OVSD Spanish Dual Language program. Students in this program become bilingual and bilaterate high-performing learners who have a deeper understanding and appreciation for other cultures. All Harbour View students receive a rich and diverse experience; our entire school community is focused on developing young citizens who have a strong sense of responsibility to one another.
We love our parents! Parent and community support is vital to our students' growth. If you want to help, we welcome it! No matter how much time, money or talent, we believe that it takes a village. Through volunteering to assist the classroom teacher, participating in our PTA or helping your children at home with supportive learning activities, our students are better equipped for the 21st century because of our strong relationships.
