The entire staff at Oak View Elementary is excited about our 2017-18 school year! We have been planning and preparing since June for our new school year to ensure that we provide responsive instruction to our students. We have worked on aligning our pacing within each grade level, as well as reviewed state testing to prepare our students to have a successful and productive school year.
We have a strong, hard-working PTO comprised of the following newly elected members: Ms. Diana Garzo, President; Ms. Maribel Mendez, Vice-President; Ms. Jadira Lopez, Secretary and Ms. Natalie Galeano, Treasurer. We invite you to actively participate and help us to provide enriching experiences to our students.
In addition, we have a completely bilingual/bi-literate front office staff which includes: Mr. Oscar Hernandez, School Office Manager; Ms. Xitlaly Garcia, school office clerk; Ms. Orfa Ruiz, health technician and Ms. Sherri Medrano, our Community Liaison.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email the principal, Dr. Rosa Guerra.
We look forward to a successful 2017-18 school year together!
