  • Dear Hope View Families,

    I would like to welcome you back to the 2019-2020 school year! I am Christy Luckey, Hope View’s newly appointed Principal. I am honored to have been selected to join the Hope View Community and I look forward to getting to know each of you. Over the past 17 years, I have worked in education and I have built lasting relationships in the districts I have worked in and I look forward to working with the Hope View Community.

    My goal is to ensure that your children are excited to come to school each and every day so they may learn as much as they can. Through Hope View’s Positive Behavior Interventions Support (PBIS) and restorative practices I will work to maintain a healthy school climate, school culture, and educational program conducive to student learning. I will incorporate my understanding of instructional strategies, the importance of data driven instruction, and the use of technology to enhance and support student learning to create and sustain an exemplary school wide learning environment.

    Once again, I am so thankful for this opportunity to bring the experiences I have learned throughout my career to your wonderful community. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and your children and I want you to know I will work to ensure your children have the best possible experiences while at Hope View.
