Hello and welcome to Harbour View Elementary School. My name is Cindy Osterhout, the principal, and on behalf of our staff, it is a pleasure to greet you as partners in your child's educational experience. Harbour View is fortunate to have highly qualified professional and dedicated staff members who are truly committed to providing your child with the best education in a caring environment.
Harbour View is dedicated to meeting all learning needs for students. We offer our students a full academic program that encompasses Transitional Kindergarten through Fifth grade. In addition, we have full-time professional educators who teach and enhance learning in general music, physical education, and a wonderful library technichian.
Parent support is vital to the growth of your children academically and otherwise. I strongly encourage you to help in any way whether through volunteering in the classroom to participating regularly in the PTA. Any contribution you can make is valuable and appreciated.
Feel free to contact me any time if you have questions or are looking for opportunities to assist in your child's education.
