Board of Trustees: Norm Westwell

Mr. Westwell was re-elected November 2008 and has been a member of the community for 32 years. He served as Board President in 2009. He has two children who recently attended Ocean View schools. Mr. Westwell is a local businessman and has his AA Degree from Orange Coast College. He is active in a number of community organizations including the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce, and is a past Vice Chairman of the Orange County Libertarian Party Central Committee. His term expires November 2012.
