Board of Trustees: John Briscoe

Mr. Briscoe was first elected November 2006 and has been a resident of Huntington Beach since 1989. He is active in the Boys Scouts of America and the Grace Lutheran Church. Mr. Briscoe has a Masters in Public Administration, Masters of Business, Bachelors in Speech Communication and a Bachelors in Psychology. He has one child who attended Ocean View Schools and is a local businessman. His term expires November 2014.
