Board of Trustees: Norm Westwell
Mr. Westwell was elected November 2006 and has been a member of the community for 32 years. He has two children who attend Ocean View schools. Mr. Westwell is a local businessman and has his AA Degree from Orange Coast College. He is active in a number of community organizations including the Huntington Beach Chamber of Commerce, and is a past Vice Chairman of the Orange County Libertarian Party Central Committee. His term expires November 2008. Mr. Westwell currently serves as the Board Clerk.
